Place: South Bay off Fire Island and Middle Bay off Connetquot River / Nicolls Bay Dusk Grucci will be setting off a fantastic fireworks displays in the Great South Bay. The shows should be visible from bayside beaches on Fire island and from the shoreline from Smith Point to Bay Shore. The absolute best views would probably be from the boats of the Captree Fleet. About 20 boats will set sail from Captree State Park Dock between 6:30 and 7pm returning between 11:30pm and midnight. For details of the Captree Fireworks Cruises click here.
